Jon and I both grew up in the Midwest, but have been living in Phoenix for 20 years. We got started doing AirBNB in 2012, and have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of this industry. Because of this, we offer an honest opinion on expected performance and challenges you may encounter owning a home in Arizona. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, but we love it and are excited to help others in their real estate adventures
