This gorgeous vacation rental is located in the Arcadia district of Phoenix, in a quiet, tranquil neighborhood! It is 1790 square feet, with 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.  It has a spacious open floor plan that lets in plenty of natural sunlight. It’s close to both Old Town Scottsdale and Downtown Phoenix, and surrounded by shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. It’s just minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport!

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and updated appliances. 

The outdoor area features a beautiful tiled pool and fountain and a wrap-around yard.  It features outdoor seating, grill, and an outdoor fireplace. Enjoy beautiful views of Piestewa Peak, and a private, covered patio. 

The pool is 8 feet at its deepest point, and it is fenced. It does not have a pool heater. 

The home has a dedicated office that comes with a reading nook. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind, or work uninterrupted. 

The living area has a 72” Samsung HDTV with Samsung Live TV, as well as a variety of streaming apps. Guests will need to use their own account logins for streaming services. 

The master suite has a king size bed and ensuite full bathroom. Two of the guest bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has a twin bed. There is a guest bathroom in the hallway that is easily accessible. 

Guests have access to the garage to park their vehicle out of the hot Arizona sun. A full-size washer and driver are available on site for any laundering needs. Detergent pods are provided free of charge. Sheets, towels, blankets, and toiletries are provided. 

Up to two vehicles can be parked on the property, one in the garage and one in the driveway. Per HOA rules, overnight street parking is not permitted.  Please note the property cannot accommodate a trailer or RV. 

Loud parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Guests will be asked to respect local noise ordinances(9PM to 9AM). 

Per our client’s wishes, pets are not permitted on this property.
