This week we’re featuring one of our newer properties in the Mesa area! 

This 4BR/2BA, 1800 square-foot property has been beautifully decorated by our client! It can comfortably accommodate a reservation of up to eight guests. It’s close to major freeways, and a variety of shopping and entertainment. Mesa Community College is nearby as well. It’s nestled in a quiet, family-oriented community. 

Each of the bedrooms has its own decor and soft bedding that ties in with the overall Western theme. All three rooms have queen-sized beds and ample closet space. 

The master suite features a spacious, tiled shower with art deco glass blocks that let in natural light while still allowing privacy. The bedroom has a full-size dresser and a luxurious king bed. A walk-in closet provides plenty of space for guest storage. 

The living room features charming cattle and ranching motifs and plush couches. The 65” HDTV comes with YouTube TV for live channel viewing, as do the rest of the TVs. 

The breakfast bar seats three, while the dining table seats up to six. The open-floor kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and dishes for guests to create a home-cooked meal. There’s plenty of grocery stores nearby for guests to stock up on food. As is customary with our properties, coffee and tea are provided for guests free of charge. 

A cozy reading nook with plenty of natural light provides a quiet place for guests to relax. 

The backyard is a miniature oasis! A fire table, gas grill, soft lawn, and lit pool are ready for guests to unwind and cool off! 

Per our client’s request, guests are not permitted garage access, but the driveway fits up to two cars, and there’s ample space in the side yard for RV and boat parking.
