This week, we’re featuring a gorgeous 3BR/2BA single-story short term rental! 

Our clients have beautifully decorated this 1700 square-foot property, located in a quiet Scottsdale neighborhood. Brightly-colored cultural art lines the walls, and they’ve provided a variety of books and games for guests. They’ve put so much love and care into making this house feel like a home away from home and it shows.

The home has an Arizona/sun room that is absolutely stunning! It has its own separate AC unit to beat the afternoon heat. 

The living room has an HDTV, and a cozy reading nook. Wireless internet and cable are provided free of charge. 

The kitchen features granite countertops, and is fully equipped with plenty of appliances and cookware, along with a full set of hand-painted dishes that feature a vibrant, floral motif. The dining room table seats up to six. A variety of coffees and teas, along with cream and sugar, are available to guests. 

Bathrooms are fully stocked with soft, fully towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Master bathroom has a hairdryer and two medicine cabinets for storage. 

Each of the three bedrooms feature bright, vivid bedding, with plenty of natural light. 

But the real star of the show is the patio! This backyard has high walls for privacy, and boasts a lush garden with a grapefruit tree, a spa, a fire feature, and an outdoor cooking area! Patio dining table seats up to six. The large tree on the opposite end of the patio provides lots of shade from the harsh summer weather. If you’re lucky you might see the owl that lives in the treetops! (We tried to get photos of him but he’s camera shy).

The front patio has its own garden as well, and a spacious seating area. A gas-powered faux campfire feature keeps guests warm in the chilly winter months. 

The neighborhood is quiet and safe, perfect for guests looking for a relaxing getaway. It’s close to lots of shopping and restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale. Guests can take a short drive, or walk to most areas via the canal path(though we don’t blame them if they don’t want to be out in this heat!). There is a bus stop at the end of the main road for those using public transport. 

This property can accommodate three vehicles parked off street: two in the driveway, and one in the garage. RV/trailer/boat parking is not available.  

Please note the south neighboring home is undergoing construction and renovation. We are unsure of its updated completion date.
