Jon and Amanda both grew up in the Midwest but have been living in the Phoenix area for the past 25 years. We got familiar with the vacation rental industry in another business around 2008 and have been managing properties for others since 2012. We have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of this industry. Because of this, we offer an honest opinion on expected performance and challenges you may encounter owning a short term rental home in Arizona. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, but we love it and are excited to help others in their real estate adventures.
