Our property feature this week is a spacious, single-story home in Avondale! This home has been recently updated by the owners, who have refreshed the decor and decorated it beautifully.

It’s a whopping 2700 square feet, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garage and driveway allow for plenty of off-street parking: up to three cars in the garage, and three cars in the driveway. RV parking is not available.

The master suite features a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and large bathroom with a soaking tub, updated shower, and private toilet. 

The other three bedrooms have soft, plush beds and plenty of room. 

The backyard of this property really shines! The back patio has a covered dining area that seats up to six. 

Heated pool has a connected spa and fun LED lighting! There’s also a gas grill, and an outdoor fireplace.

Guests love the pool, the comfy beds, and the close proximity to nearby baseball stadiums, as well as food and entertainment. It’s close to the freeway for guests who wish to explore the greater Phoenix Metro Area. Guests also love the quiet, safe neighborhood.
